Body Scan & Eye-Level Plane

The foundational technique — one plane, moving through the body, then settling at eye level.

1

CALIBRATION · ~30 SECONDS

Body scan with attentional plane — three stages: plane descending from crown, plane continuing down through the chest, plane reversing and rising from the seat

The Body Scan

A single attentional plane moves slowly from the crown down through the body to the seat, then reverses and rises back up — a smooth, continuous, unforced cycle repeated throughout calibration. The plane doesn't need to be seen, only sensed.

2

SIGNAL BEGINS · SETTLE

Attentional plane resting still at eye level

Eye-Level Settling

Once the neurofeedback signal activates, the plane is allowed to rise and rest at eye level rather than continuing to scan. Eyes may shift gently upward. This eye-level region becomes the primary attentional stabilization point for the rest of the run.
